Frontiers Design Build Inc. is an Ontario corporation founded in 2008 and based in Guelph. Our firm offers comprehensive design/build and construction management services for residential and commercial high-performance new build and retrofit projects. 

Our specialized team includes five Certified Passive House Tradespersons (CPHT) and two Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHC), attesting to our advanced expertise in building science and energy-efficient design and construction.

This expertise, combined with a highly experienced administrative staff, contributes substantial value during pre-construction. Through forward-thinking design, exacting quality standards, and proven methodologies, we consistently deliver superior results, and exceed expectations - all at a competitive price.
