About the Survey: Each year CHBA, in partnership with Avid Ratings Canada, conducts the largest homebuyer preference survey in Canada. Data collected from responding homebuyers provides feedback on buyer profiles, home shopping behaviors, home preferences, community preferences and other important details for the industry. The data amassed over 6 years of the study allows for granular analysis of trend changes related to Canadian new homebuyers and their preferences.
